Flat tire on the highway, long way from home, stopped at this Big E Tire instead of other shops because of the high ratings, couldn't be happier that I did. The shop was busy, but they treated me like a local and said they would get to it as soon as they could and I was able to go on my way an hour sooner than the estimate. Whole place had the kind of vibe you get when you walk into a place where the employees all work hard because they feel appreciated, thanks so much for making what could have been a painful day a pleasant experience.

Friday morning went out to go to work and noticed my front tire was soft and upon further inspection found a roofing nail in the tire. Called Big E and spoke with Tim, explained situation to him and he said to bring it in. After just a few minutes wait on what was a very busy day with last minute inspections and the day before a holiday, my car was in the bay and I was on my way in a very short time. I have been going to Big E tire and find them always ready to help in any situation. Thanks Tim and Big E for turning around what started as a not so nice day .

I can't recommend Big E Tire & Complete Auto Service enough! I arrived late in the day with a vehicle that requires very specialized tires, and I expected to have to come back another day. Instead, Tim went above and beyond by taking his own personal car to the warehouse after closing to pick up the tire I needed. Rich and the entire team stayed late, mounted everything perfectly, thoroughly checked that everything was secure and up to spec, and made sure I could get back on the road safely. This level of customer service is incredibly rare today. Professional, honest, and willing to go the extra mile—literally. Thank you, Tim, Rich, and the entire Big E Tire team. You've earned a customer for life!

I was driving to Canada and got a flat tire. Then called two Toyota dealerships which could not fit me in. Then went to another tire shop which had hours of wait time. The team at Big E Tire was able to fix my tire right away. Great service, would recommend.
